1): What payment forms are accepted ?

Various methods of payment are accepted such as :

2): Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, you have up to 2 hours to cancel your order from the time your order was placed. Any order cancelled after this 2 hour window requires approval from management.

Just send us an email at cancellations@graziajewelry.com and we will cancel your order and refund you as soon as possible if it has not already been processed. If your order has already been processed with our fulfillment center, it may take up to 15 business days to process your refund. 

3): How will my items be shipped ? How long will it take to receive my items? Do you ship to countries besides the USA ?

Products arriving from overseas are shipped using DHL Official. All DHL orders require a signature upon delivery. Orders shipping from US are shipped via DHL, USPS, ePacket & FedEx among other local carriers. Allow 1-4 days to process your order and an additional 3-7 days to ship your order.

*Due to the pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. 

Each customer will receive a tracking number for real-time shipping updates so they know when to expect their order.

Free shipping is only available in the US for orders over $100. For any inquiries related to shipping destinations outside the US, please email shipping@graziajewelry.com to check for shipping eligibility and pricing.
