Replacements & Refunds:
Any damaged products must be accompanied by a video or photographs of the damaged products sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prove your item is damaged, you will receive a refund or a replacement at no charge. You have 15 days from the date your order was delivered to email our returns department about your damaged items. Return requests after 15 days of receiving your order are ineligible for refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on when to expect your refund or replacement item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return.
You may not return an item unless it is damaged or you've received the wrong item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method 30 days or less. If you are seeking a replacement item, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of your item.
